Dr. Mariska Visser is a resident of Newburyport. She grew up in Holland where she received her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from the Hoge School Midden, Nederland. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1997 and practiced at Barton Creek Chiropractic of Austin Texas before purchasing the practice formerly known as Loving Hands in 2000. She has extensive training in pediatrics and is about to receive her post-graduate diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics (DCCP). She is also a certified craniosacral specialist. She focuses her patient care on myofascial and skeletal problems and their interrelationships with the body's bio-chemical and nervous system.
